The property boasts 2600sq ft of air conditioned living space with newly added games room complete with 8ft pool table air hockey and darts.Outside there is a 30ft pool with separate hot tub as well as large pool deck featuring covered dining area with overhead fan .

As you enter you are greeted by an open living area with high ceilings. There is a comfortable living area with 2-piece suite – adjacent to this is a dining are for 6 people with floral centrepiece – adjoining this area you have the kitchen with all mod cons and a breakfast counter which overlooks the central living area which has a high ceiling and large television – this room has 2 luxurious leather sofas and opens directly on to the pool area.

Downstairs we have one twin disney themed bedroom and one double bedroom with sliding door out to pool. There is a fully equipped utility room off the kitchen with washer/dryer. Moving upstairs we have 4 more bedrooms of which 1 is a master en-suite with balcony overlooking the lake. There is 1 more double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.

Moving outside we have a large covered porch with fan, summer kitchen and outdoor shower. The private pool is extra large and we also have a spa to help you relax. For young families we provide high chair and crib free of charge.

SUMMARY

Our house is tastefully decorated in a Floridian style to a high specification. The views over the natural lake from the balconies, pool area and living rooms are wonderful and a fantastic feature to the house.

Finally the location of Sunset Lakes being a mere 4 miles from Disney allows a maximum leisure time to enjoy you holiday. There is a playground and pool within the community which is gated, secure and relatively small. Sunset Lakes is an ideal base for a busy yet relaxing holiday in Orlando where 48 million people visited in 2007 - ENJOY -!!
